The owners bought Hideout already furnished, but the Arcadia Resort vacation rental was falling short of their booking expectations. They asked 1584 Design to refresh the interior.
A wall-size canyon photograph now anchors the dining area. Landscape imagery continues through the entry, bedrooms, upstairs lounge, and bunk room, alongside pale wood, woven pieces, and caramel, rust, olive, and ochre textiles. In the main shared room, woven pendants gather above the dark kitchen island, while a cream sofa and caramel chairs frame the fireplace. One bedroom pairs a canyon-stream photograph with ochre drapery; another brings together green drapery, canyon artwork, and woven baskets.
After the refresh, the owners reported that Hideout had become one of the most rented villas in the resort. They told us bookings filled so quickly that finding time for their own family to stay became difficult.
